MDCC '25' Championships / Club Run
Simon Greenland takes the '25' TT Trophy
In the absence of some of the Club's fast men Simon Greenland seized the opportunity to produce a stunning ride on the H25/2 yesterday morning to win the Club's '25' mile TT Championships. His time of 57:45 beat Andrew Payne's 1:00:55 by 3 minutes while in third place was Paul Richardson in 1:04:09.
Pete Weir was unable to ride owing to severe neck strain from riding his first 12 hour the week before.
More details later.
What a turnout! Sunday's Clubrun
Run leaders Bryan Simmonds and Malcolm Brewer were delighted to have 10 riders out on the Clock Tower Club run on Sunday morning including 1 or 2 first timers. A ride through the Chilterns was enjoyed by all with a stop at West Wycombe for refreshments on the way home.
