Club '10' , Thursday, 11/06/09

A fine evening last night ,with the breeze dropping to give later competitors an easier ride, saw 20 Club members and another 25 riders from other clubs take part in the Club '10' on the Thicket course. Chris Taylor made another electrifying appearance on his CEEPO TT bike to finish fastest in 22:32. There was a mixture of times with some going faster and some slower. It was a pleasure to see Choc Harris [ TVT] on her new TT bike improve by almost a minute to produce 26:20. It was also good to see so many new riders having a go as 'Come & Try It' riders with some good times done, Paul Veazey finishing in 25:16 and George Eyles in 26:47.

Our next session at Cox Green Leisure Centre is tomorrow afternoon at 2pm. Members are reminded their children can take part free in these enjoyable bike control teaching sessions.
