Lets all enter the Antony Maynard memoral Sportive

On the Sunday 19th July the Reading CC are organising a Sportive in memory of their member Antony Maynard who was killed out riding just north of Henley at Bix a couple of years ago. This event includes 2 distances 190km, 105km. See http://tinyurl.com/m8f4z3 for full details.

It would be good to have strong representation from the Maidenhead & District CC. The event start just west of Reading at Theale, so the only reason I see for members not taking part is because they are doing the club 50mile tt event on the same day. The club 50 is on the A4 west of Theale, so it would be possible to do the TT and then take part in the shorter route.

Shea and I have already entered and I will have room in my car for another rider.

So instead of the normal club rides lets all get down to Theale to show support of a local rider.
