SATURDAY 29TH MARCH 2008 12.30pm – 4.30pm

An introduction to Track Riding
Seniors and Young People - 10yrs and over.

Location – Calshot Activities Centre, Calshot Spit, Fawley, Southampton, Hampshire SO45 1BR

COST:
£12.00 – SENIORS
£8.00 – U18s (please bring a completed consent form on the day).
Hire Bikes Available £4.00

Bring your own pedals and shoes if you are using a hire bike or you can use trainers with the flat pedals provided. Gearing 79” (47x16 or 44x15) if you are using your own bike. Don’t forget to bring drinks and snacks and warm outer clothing for between sessions. Remember it can get very cold at Calshot.

TRANSPORT – The mini-bus will be leaving from the Twickenham Clubroom at 10.30am if sufficient numbers. Cost £10.00 per person. Book in advance.
